Manta rays can be seen the whole season around the dive sites , but the best time is from half January till half March.
Manta ray facts
The name "manta" is Portuguese and Spanish for mantle (cloak or blanket), a type of blanket-shaped trap traditionally used to catch rays. Mantas are known as "devilfish" because of their horn-shaped cephalic fins, which are imagined to give them an "evil" appearance.

Whale shark facts
Despite its size, the whale shark does not pose significant danger to humans. Whale sharks are docile fish and sometimes allow swimmers to catch a ride, although this practice is discouraged by shark scientists and conservationists because of the disturbance to the sharks. Younger whale sharks are gentle and can play with divers.
When are the whale sharks there ?
Whale sharks are seen during the whole diving season which runs from 15 October till 15th of May, but best change to whale sharks is during the months January, February and March.
